No VRBO Notifications

Hi EM Team,
 
We have Revolut attempting to go live with vrbo rates. They made a live test booking(9162393958378) which was cancelled via the vrbo website directly.
 
After a few days listening no Notification event has been received.
 
Please can we check if this is a bug?
 
Expected behaviour is that any charged to a booking outside of the API should trigger a notification.
